Young Officer Richard Gentleman visited the Palace of Holyroodhouse to receive his Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award from HRH Prince Edward on Friday 3rd July. Richard missed last years presentation due to a holiday so attended with his family and Vice Captain David Young this year. After a brief chat with Prince Edward in the beautiful summer sunshine the group made up of BB Scotland members they were presented with their Gold Award certificates by Des Clarke (Comedian and Radio Presenter).
We are all extremely proud and he is a great example to our younger boys.
