Great news on the Duke of Edinburgh Award!
We’ve received confirmation from Bill Stevenson (BB Director for Scotland) that four of our senior boys (Richard, Euan, Darren & Lewis) have now completed their DofE Gold award level. After completing their Silver award they have spent 2-3 years on challenging, diverse but ultimately rewarding activities having completed the requirements of the expedition, skills, physical, service and residential sections.
This is a fantastic achievement and one which they and the Company should be very, very proud of. It is hoped the boys and members of the staff can attend the formal presentation of the awards at the Palace of Holyrood on Thursday 3rd July this year.
