KGVI Officer Training

Alex Kidd was promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer at Parents Night and over the summer he completed the first week of his KGVI Officer Training at Carronvale! He’ll now put what he’s learnt into practice in the Company Section before returning to Carronvale for the final week next summer.

D of E Gold Award Residentials

A number of boys have successfully completed the Residential stage of their Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award. Callum Smith spent a week doing conservation work on the Isle of Arran, Robbie MacIsaac completed the RYLA leadership course and Joel Esson attended ‘film school’.
