3rd Falkirk Boys' Brigade Company

Seniors

S3 to S6 Boys

Young people in this age group are encouraged to lead their own programme, supported by volunteer leaders. It’s all about the young people deciding what they would like to do and organising it for themselves. This age group has its own programme based on six areas: Get Active, Get Into the Bible, Get Creative, Get Learning, Get Adventurous and Get Involved.

We take great pride in the diverse range of activities we offer our members as they progress through our ranks. Outside of our regular Friday night programme of badge work, games and sports, we go swimming on last the Friday of every month and have regular Monday night ‘club nights’ where they can enjoy table tennis, pool and video games.

We enjoy an annual spring weekend away at Scott Lodge in the stunning Glen Doll and are due to visit Chamonix Mont Blanc in summer 2025. We enter teams in Battalion and National Competitions in everything from badminton and football to FIFA and master team quizzes.

Our Seniors also work towards the Boys’ Brigade’s major awards, the President’s Badge and the King’s Badge alongside the Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards.

The Seniors meet every Friday night at Falkirk High School between 7.45pm and 9.45pm. Membership of the Seniors costs £15 per month (August – May).
