Anchors

P1 to P3 Boys

The Anchors is the youngest of our age groups and the aim of our Anchors is to provide an action-packed fun introduction to life in the Boys’ Brigade. Most of our older members joined in the Anchors and have stayed for with us for 10+ years.

The Anchors has its own programme based on six areas: Get Active, Get Into the Bible, Get Creative, Get Learning, Get Adventurous and Get Involved.

The emphasis is on fun and opportunities to learn and share in new experiences. A typical Friday night includes parachute games, team games and an arts and crafts activity. Throughout their time in the Anchors members can gain badges and recognition for their participation in the programme.

The Anchors meet every Friday night at Falkirk High School between 6.15pm and 7.15pm.

Membership of the Anchors costs £15 per month. Our uniform is a blue BB polo shirt which is worn by all age groups and helps create a sense of belonging within the 3rd Falkirk family.
